Shipping policy
Processing Time: All orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 7 -10 business days for production before your item ships. Due to the process of designing, the items are held for 5 days to ensure proper care.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Shipping times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the Contintal United States.
International Shipping: International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at Cyndysstitches@yahoo.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
