Due to the custome and personalizated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for you according to your design choices.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping out.  If the items arrive damaged or defective, contact us of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
